I provide tailored mentoring and coaching for young people navigating life, school, sport, business, and careers, helping them develop the mindset and skills needed to thrive. My approach focuses on:

Balancing Life, School & Sport – Navigating life balance of commitments and expectations and the uncertainty in sport pathways.
Motivation & Habit Development – Finding purpose, developing self-discipline, and creating positive habits for long-term success.
Through one-on-one sessions, I guide individuals in tailored sessions building the tools they need to navigate their challenges, grow their confidence, and perform at their best in school, in sport, in career and in life.

How do we start?
The first step is a free consultation. This is a relaxed 30 to 45-minute chat where I’ll meet with the individual to get a sense of where they’re at right now. We’ll explore what might be holding them back and what they hope to gain from working together.
There’s also the option for a separate conversation between a parent or caregiver and myself. This gives you a chance to better understand how I work and ask any questions you may have.
